Vision & Mission

What stands PTC+ for? On these pages we like to give you an impression of our vision, our mission and our spearheads. In doing this, you will be made aware precisely what is the daily job of some 100 trainers and their supporting colleagues.

So as to get acquainted with us in the best possible manner, we cordially invite you to visit one of our establishments, to have a look behind the scenes of the PTC+ practical trainings and counselling in the technical, agricultural and food industries. Only then will you learn about our goals in the ideal way. 

Vision 

Personal, professional and secure. That is PTC+. The practical training centre that operates with and on behalf of fellow craftsmen in the areas plant, animal and technology. With training, education, counselling and examining directly in the professional practice. 

The rich and well-appointed training surroundings of PTC+ aim at  the development of the required skills by the participant, based on his or her individual purpose. In such a way that these skills can be applied directly in practice in a self-supporting manner. 

The practical counselling by PTC+ is aimed to ensure that work processes can be developed quicker, more effectively and without friction. This applies also to abroad, where trainers and advisors of PTC+ play an important part in the setting up of development projects and training centres.

Mission

PTC+ intends to help fellow craftsmen to function on the right track, with unequalled practice locations, a wealth of know-how and highly motivated trainers, counsellors and assessors. Based upon respect for the world around us, with earnest attention for humans, animals and environment.

PTC+ is specialised in offering rich and valuable learning situations. Both at PTC+ and on the location of network partners and training centres in the Netherlands and abroad, the required skills are developed and strengthened directly in the professional practice.

In future  PTC+  intends to expand and strengthen its foremost position even further. To this effect PTC+ shares its know-how and expertise with international partners from the world of research and development.

Spearheads

    Trainings by PTC+ always take place in a lifelike learning situation, in one of the PTC+-practice locations, together with a partner organization or even 'in-company'.
  • Organizational advice, based on practice.
    PTC+ is supporting organizations around actual challenges, such as practical Proofs of Competence and the (Dutch) Testimony of Competences Acquired In-Career.   
    Working with true experts.
    The trainers, advisors and assessors of PTC+ are highly motivated experts, boasting many years of experience in their specialty.
  • Looking across the border
    PTC+ challenges its international students and organizations to widen their horizons. PTC+ coaches people and organizations world-wide to produce food in a most efficient manner, and so contributes to food security, improvement of human nutrition and conservation of nature and the environment - to the Millennium goals of development.
