Operator training courses

Production lines must run without hitches. Ruptures in the processes result in heavy cost. At PTC+ operators, process operators and members of the technical service department will learn how to operate machinery and production lines, to perform maintenance service, read circuit diagrams and solve malfunctions.

During the practical training at PTC+ you will work with realistic learning situations. Aided by genuine installations and models you will become acquainted with the way specific systems operate. You will learn about:

  • Installation, setting and maintenance of production lines
  • recognise malfunctions. Is the malfunction mechanical, electrical or  pneumatic?
  • cure malfunctions rapidly and prevent disruptions

In-house training sessions in your own premises

During the practical training you will work with genuine installations; the training locations feature a dry and a wet line. But it will also be possible to have training courses staged in your own company. In doing this, you will work with your own production line and the training is focused on your particular practical situation.

Getting the insight 

The practical training provides inside information in the technology of a production line. With this you will be able to understand a variety of  production lines and to solve quickly any problems. Moreover you can prevent a break-down of the machinery.
