Communication

Technicians are often the front piece of an organization. That is why PTC+ is training mechanics, technicians, staff members and managers to act and communicate in a clear and customer friendly manner.

How to communicate in a clear manner 

Clear and transparent communication prevents misunderstandings and mistakes! That is why PTC+ spends a lot of attention to it with every training course. Clear communication begins with factual observation - without prejudice - and with objective transmission of such observation. As an example: this is of major importance in the case of fault finding, when working in a team.

Act customer oriented

'Put yourself in the position of the client'. That is the central message within each of the PTC+ training courses. Result: the participants know how to tune their behaviour and their  communication to the expectations, questions and wishes of the client.

Recognize buying signals

Practical training of the use of the Telephone

Mechanics and technical managers use the telephone a lot. Which costs time. The quality of a telephone conversation testifies about the type of organization as the client experiences it. In the special Practical Training of Telephone Use the participant is trained to carry through efficient and decent telephone conversations. After this training, the participant spends less  time on the phone and leaves a good impression with the recipient.
